SPLNTR is an immersive projection mapping installation. It combines visuals and audio that are generated live by viewers physical presence and their movements. Guests are led on a journey though multiple areas that feed off one another, to create the first of it’s kind audio visual art installation in Las Vegas

 

SPLNTR was created by Ed Shaw from NEICO in conjunction with Brett Bolton. Featured artists include Brett Bolton, NEICO artists; Tom & Satako Wall [Blinkin Lab] and Spencer Heron [Rebel Overlay], plus combined artists from Notch

 

SPLNTR ran from 11/21/19 to 11/23/19 and will return in Nov 2020

Who is supporting SPLNTR?

SPLNTR has the incredible support of Avolites, G1 Limited, Notch, AG Light & Sound , X-Laser, GLP, Robe, Audiotek & Campbell Castle

Avolites iprovided the main bulk of media control for the nine (9) HD projectors needed for the installation. This included (2) QGen servers for the Tunnel, (3) Q3 media servers for the Potential Energy wall, another Q3 for the Notch wall and (2) pre-production Ai servers dedicated to realtime generative graphicsX-laser brought in their Skywriter HPX M-5 and M-10 lasers and all truss, cabling and data networking provided by AG Light and Sound. Lighting fixtures from GLP & Robe. Custom made installation decor from Campbell Castle

The venue is CMXX event space in the arts district of downtown Las Vegas

How much is entry?

Entry is free of charge at all times

Is there a minimum entry age?

Yes, guests must be over 21 as there will be a full bar

Is there onsite parking?

There will be limited onsite parking, but there is plenty of on street parking surrounding the venue

Is photography allowed in the exhibition?

Yes. Photography and videography is encouraged in the exhibition, so long as the images are taken using existing light only (strictly no flash) and are for personal, noncommercial use
